This equipment is mainly used to sew under the mattress and side fabrics. The machine head is fixed, can be raised and lowered to adapt to mattresses of different heights, and the inclination angle of the machine head can be adjusted. When sewing products, the table conveyor belt will transport the mattress to move and sew the edges. After sewing one side, the mattress can be automatically rotated 90°to sew the other side. During the rotation, the edge seam of the mattress corner is completed. After making one side of the mattress, the mattress can be turned over and sewn by the machine. The operation of the machine can be completed by one worker, and the operator does not need to walk around the mattress, and does not need to turn the mattress, thereby improving work efficiency and reducing labor intensity.
